Welcome to the digital library of the University of Innsbruck!
The University of Innsbruck provides users with free online access to an ever-growing portfolio of electronic media. The digital collections contain digitized prints from the historic holdings of the Regional and University Library Tyrol as well as digitized monographs, diploma-, master- and doctoral theses and newspapers. Furthermore the portal shall continuously be filled with electronic publications. As far as possible the full text of the materials is provided, so that users can search for specific words and phrases within the repository.

Upload of PHD, diploma and master theses
Data regarding PhD, diploma and master theses written at the University of Innsbruck can be uploaded directly via the following Link . To publish and archive your scientific work via the institutional repository, you can optionally upload a pdf of your thesis. In case you have already handed in your thesis at the Prüfungsreferat, but would still like to use the chance to publish it in digital form on the repository please contact us directly Abteilung für Digitale Services der ULB.

Are you looking for a certain title that has not yet been digitized? The "eBooks on Demand" service provides digital copies of public domain books from the holdings of the University and Regional Library Tyrol. Handwritten manuscripts and rare prints from the special collection of the library can also be digitized, provided that the condition of the books permits the scanning process. If you are interested in titles from the special collection please contact the department for special collections directly.
